We are a 3rd generation family business formerly known and trading as K.T. Preservation, but we have since refreshed our stance in the industry to better reflect our teams passion for protecting your greatest investment and also preserving and maintaining architecture and history.
As a company it is important for us to create a solution and resolve our clients needs, whether it is temporary or permanent, but also for us to repair the decay and damage that our precious structures face whilst continually evolving and refining our practises and techniques in line with our deep respect for heritage and tradition.
We have humbly served the south of England and its building stock for over 40 years and in this time we have been contracted to work in most forms of construction found in Britain - ranging from all polite and vernacular architecture, farm buildings, townhouses, military installations, modern and contemporary new builds, industrial units to single-fronted cottages, and so as a result of this accumulated experience in these numerous buildings and their fabric, we remain seasoned experts in all aspects of investigation and remedial work - but there must always be more to uncover and challenge us!
